Yea there are tools that can help you with that. Basically, you can use it to automatically collect groups/ pages based on keywords and then do auto mass messaging, commenting, posting, and sharing to groups with bulk accounts to promote your group or your product directly. Many of our customers who're not allowed to use ads are doing it this way.

First of all set a niche works on that post things frequently seek helps from friends to increase group members & sharing with others hopefully members will increase if they'll like your work. Good luck

thanks for all answers guys, what i mean is there is no organic " search " way to grow? i have to invite manually all people right?
