How to grow a Facebook group?

I have some groups about 1000 members, but I set them to private, now facebook dont let me change them to public. So people are very hard to find my groups.

Yes, facebook has been banning a lot of groups for blatant spamming and automation. As someone stated above you can share with similar groups and take even take that a step further by actually engaging those similar groups with related content and/or information. You'd be surprised that you don't actually need a zillion followers when your marketing strategy is solid.

make a group, don't use the admin account of the group to spam. use other account to spam in your own group. the group can't be banned why would they..

Sharing your groups post to another group is one way of promoting your group. But don't share it from your admin profile. Use different profile with different browser fingerprints and IP. Also you can invite friends to group. So you will need a profiles with thousands of friends and invite them a few dozen a day. It's a slow process but one of the way that is available.
