How to grow a crypto Subreddit community?

Hi, everyone,

I just launch a subreddit about the best cryptos to invest in and this is my strategy:

1. Joining related subreddit under 100 K members (less restrictions)

2. I post 2 times (days) directly in the subreddits that I joined

3. I crosspost the third post from my subreddit to the same subreddits that I joined

So, I have two questions:

What do you think about this strategy in terms of growing?

How can I create and automate this process (content creation and posting)?
