How to got massive 5* Rating in Play Store

A Competitor has a App in the Play Store, with 1M downloads, 110K Reviews, 100K of them are 5* and for sure not "real", 10K 1* and is real
The 100K 5* have many Helpful counts.

The quality of the review texts is well and native, no kind of auto placeholder text or whatever.

I have the feeling somehow the users (but they don't use the App for sure) got motivated to make this Reviews, any ideas? Some kind of incentive offer?

I can spend some 20K for such. Is there a way to get them?

Hello! There are several ways to do that, which you should combine together

1) Run the Android's native Ask Rating pop-ups to boost your rating. And design your own windows before showing these pop-ups. Example: give user a choice to rate your app by 0-10 and he rates 0-6 - send him to support email, if he rates 7-10 - send him to a native pop-up, which would apply to your Google Play rates
and test the different placements for that. the best ones are when your users are satisfied the most, like achieved some game record etc

2) You could buy the ratings & reviews with the decent quality texts from the trusted places.
If you'll buy it from the wrong place - all the paid reviews would be removed by Google algorithms and could also have some risks to your app
And don't run it faster than 5-10% of your new daily installs. Like if you have 1000 new daily installs from USA - don't buy more than 50 reviews per day from USA

Oh boy, I know this situation. I have one competitor who is spamming the whole niche. There is no way his low-quality apps can get 10k 5 star reviews. He has probably 5 different developer accounts and using the same technique all again and again for the same kinda app.

Most of them are fake, but it could be possible he is forcing the people to leave a review as well.

As Google Play became popular place for " milking money " and also attract all kinds of devs / entrepreneurs , you will feel more pressure and much more shady tactics from competitors .
Only way to top that is doing the same , buy cheap reviews . And yes , G will delete some % of reviews/ratings because they can and without really good reasons .
