Sell lower priced items or items that you currently have at home, getting a 10 feedback is quite easy if you do not dropship any items. Just look for things around the house that you don't need anymore and sell them for a fraction of the price listed on ebay. You'll find your items to sell quite fast.

Every time I open a new eBay account I go to the everything else category and buy and sell items for a buck or less and never had a problem getting up to 50 feedback quickly

Mix it up by buying items for $5 sometimes and then $1 other times. This is a good way for them to suspect its not feedback manipulation and by the end of the week you can have 10 buyer feedback's with diversity. If you only buy coupons or other cheap items then it looks suspicious and can cause red flags.

You wont get it easy if you want you can buy cheap products or hire someone to buy from you and leave you a feedback.

Honestly, the best thing to do is to sell small, light items in your house or that you can buy cheap. Don't worry about losing money. Just sell it cheap and get your feed backs. Lose a little at first to make money later. It's the cost of doing business. Not everything can be done black hat, especially when it comes to ebay and amazon. But if you do blackhat techniques to get noticed. Personally, I hate selling on marketplaces so my suggestion is to forget ebay. lol.
