Just my 2 cents but 100% of nothing is less than 50% of something. Don't hold too tight, a mistake Ive made in the past.

If it's such a big idea, you'll need a good lawyer and start knocking on the doors of angel investors (NDA /confidentiality agreement and misc. legal papers in hand, all that jazz). You'll also need to contact big real world developing firms with a well known trajectory of involvement in successful online projects (as in, successful in terms of revenue, not popularity), and same as before, lawyer by your side, and legal papers in hand.
