How to Global E-commerce Store Selling From India?

I Want To open E-commerce Store Selling goods which are manufactured in india?
My Questions :-

1) If Some US or UK citizens will buy my goods then what is procedure to ship the item or what documentation and registrations are required to ship items to US and UK.

2) Payment Gateway.

3) Is it More feasible to sell on amazon the my own online store.

4) Is Shipping to Us means Export to US.

Nobody is selling from india to us ?

If you plan to send the good from India to US or any other country its not that feasible ...any good Shipping company like DHS/TNT/FedEx/Bluedart they charge like anything ..its like selling product worth 3000 and you will end up paying same amount to ship US.

Where as in US there are so many drop ship companies they take advantage of Fedex / DHL which offer good pricing ...better sell via amazon or Ebay if you need any help setting up E commerce based website let me know . We can render our services .

If i through Amazon or Ebay then also i will have to ship that item...

Hi!

Based on my experience in eCommerce (I have been in this field for quite some time), goods from India is welcomed to every country. There are many payment gateways to choose from. And also, having your own online store would be advisable. Because then you will have your own branding.

What I think you need is experience. Came across this competition on facebook recently and thought it would be great to share with you budding entrepreneurs. It's called Be Your Own Boss. Organised by some global company called Shopify.
Really wished I had taken part in these to gain experience before I embarked on eCommerce. Then I would not have to learn the hard way. Keep it up guys!
