How to give a Youtube Take Down Notice - STRIKE ?

Hello youtubers,

I have a channel on life hack's niche and recently I found someone who stole all my content.
I have completed a copyright take down notice form for this guy, but YouTube has considered my claim to be a fake and has responded with this email:

"We are concerned that some of the information in your takedown request may be fraudulent. Please understand that YouTube receives a large number of fraudulent copyright takedown requests, and we take abuse of that process very seriously.

We remind you that in your allegation of copyright infringement, you stated that:

  1. You are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed, and acknowledge that any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
  2. You understand that abuse of this form will result in termination of your YouTube account.
For each video in question, please provide precise identification of the particular copyrighted work(s) allegedly infringed and the basis for asserting that claim.

If we don't receive a response to this email from you within 7 days, your YouTube account may be terminated. You may be able to avoid termination if you retract your takedown request. If you wish to do so, please reply to this email with "I hereby retract my claim of copyright infringement."

What should I do in this situation? all my content is filmed by me, but I don't know how can I prove it.

I don't know why but I have never found a solution there, but here it is
 
Give YouTube all the proof that you can. Like your upload date vs their upload date, record the location of filming and send that clip to YouTube, create a post on reddit about this issue and you'll get on fronts page. Next time, watermark the damn videos because YouTube has turned into a huge bitch.

Thank you for advices. I let the videos without watermark, a big mistake
 
a. don't worry about the response template it's just a template, they will need to take your statement seriously as this is your own content.
make it CLEAR for them that is your OWN filmed content

b. try to find uncut version or any pre-edit raw version of that video, upload it unlisted to the same account and send it to YouTube as an evidence that support your copyright take down claim.
