I like how he's pretending to be an American with that pseudo-patriot avatar, but doesn't know that the country is the UNITED STATES, not the "United State". He's acting as if I can't see he's from Pakistan.

His writing gave away he's not American, I'd noticed he was in conversation too. Some people are genuinely unaware of the rules but some are just taking the piss.

Also, in regards to your questions @robert21, you can buy views from one of the sellers in the BHW marketplace. Try not to purchase anything from Joe Blow yellow members. An alternative to that is to use a view exchange site such as Like4Like.
