How to get youtube video on google first page?

I have heard about it in different way, and guess that my opinion is just right.
For Google ranking - Quality
For YouTube ranking - Quantity

akshdalal I'm pretty sure that backlinks have very low impact on youtube ranking. You need quality backlinks to rank your websites, because google can ban them from search, but they can't ban their own site(youtube). Sure high PR backlinks is always better for ranking any link but in this case it doesn't matter because you can just spam it with thousands of backlinks.

Well, I never tried spamming with backlinks, but it worked for some of the other guys who are into YouTube. They mass spammed videos with backlinks and along with that gave it HR views, likes, favorites and social shares to rank in the YouTube.

Here is strategy to rank a Youtube video to the first page of Google:
1. Finding an unsaturated keyword that has low competition. You need to have keyword research software. e.g: Market Samurai. This part is crucial, you can rank a YT video or not.
2. Create a YT video. * if you know about how to create it. Duration 1 - 2 minutes is enough.
3. Upload a video to your Youtube account. Put the keyword into title and also description.
4. Using GSA Search Engine Ranker to generate 250+ backlinks toward to the Youtube link. Backlinks are from blogspots, article directories and social bookmarks. No matter if backlinks are low quality, because a Youtube video never get deindexed by Google except it get deleted at Youtube.
5. Wait 1-2 weeks to see the top spot.

HR views are the way to go

Put a good description and boost it with likes and views once you are up you will no need to buy views 
Are you sure? quality back links is required?
In my all videos, some videos has come in the Google in a day, without done anything.
I didn't done any back links. why it got rank then? But i like to get rank for other videos.
What my intention is, what is the exact strategy to get ranked?
If quality back links is the reason, how it comes without done anything?

1) "Finding an unsaturated keyword that has low competition." Finding a low competition keyword is important. I think if i found any low competition keyword i may get ranked easily.
2) "Put the keyword into title and also description". regarding to this keyword optimization also important.
3) "generate 250+ backlinks toward to the Youtube link". Here i got confusion. Because I got ranked for some videos in Google without done any back links.
I got ranked for videos which are i though that videos are not much of valued. But i created valuable videos. it not get any rank. I need to know how to get rank exact strategy.

You don't need high quality backlinks to rank youtube video on google pages because youtube is the google's site and they can't delete this links from search, so you can use low quality backlinks.

why back-links is priority. What is the reason?
what about the videos that got the rank in the Google without back-links?
