I have been working with Facebook ad breaks for a long time. Most important metrics is average watchtime of a video and the ratio between 3 second views and 1 minute views. If these metrics are good even at audiences that don't follow your page then you have a good chance of going viral.

At the beginning you usually don't really go viral. You need to post good videos continuously. After some time Facebook starts recommending your videos. When this will happen can't be predicted. Sometimes it happens fast, sometimes it takes months.

make an impression from the very first second. keep viewers curious to keep them interested to see what happens next, if you can't explain the idea within a few seconds, mysteriously end the video when the situations are not solved decide and prompt people to see more on your website

and increase attractiveness with thumbnails

i am working on ad-breaks from 2019 and i totally agree with these points!

Good, shocking or funny content

The end................test your video on 5 people .. If they quickly click away or lose interest, you've got no chance.

If they like it and have an emotional reaction, upload it and do it again with another video
