How to get Windows (and MS Office) MAK license?

Hello. I'm searching how to get /receive MAK licenses of Windows (and MS Office). In ebay there are plenty of sales of MAK licenses. But depending on main control which is in their (sellers') hands, it is not good to use their licenses.

Please explain me step by step every following details.

MD Jaman thank you for your help. Dear friend, but i need i get it from Microsoft, because as you know i didn't see how many activation remains or left etc. I want that i get full control. For example: I want to type the key into VAMT to see its description.. etc,.. Please help me more about that.
