How to get whitelabel social panels

Is there anyone that sells social panels? I want to run my own service and have a panel so customers can order via it.
Is there some whitelabel or anyone have a panel ready for some api connections (Yes i want to use api cuse i want it to be automatic for most parts)



(I am not looking for the backend part) I will be buying all the services with API calls.
