The articles are tutorials from 600 to 1000 words or more

I should consider another factor?

The reason of reject is low content value, but in many cases i answer more sub topics than the competitors

if your site is in the health / fitness niche I think you also need a Disclaimer page. If not in that niche I don't know, your site looks OK for approval to me.
