how to get visitor from a forum site

Hello Dear,
I have learn from a people they genarate people from a forum site.
like:bayer give him bayer link he go some target some forum and he do some work.when any visitor go to those forum the visitor show the link he share and the forum site goes to popads normally people close the popup ads i mean forum.
now my qus is what is this and how to do this work
hope you friends solve my problem.
