I get 0 views. Which editing program i need to use and what do i need to edit?

If you use a Windows PC or Laptop the definite answer is Adobe Premiere Pro. This software or editor works best for almost all type of TikToks/YouTube shorts work but if you are on a Mobile Phone then I recommend CapCut because I personally found in my opinion that CapCut is the best editor for mobile and it has better chances of taking your video to For You page.
