How to get views past 301+

Is it possible by any website that offers youtube views via an exchange method ( Points ), to get past the famous 301+ mark ???
Because everytime I submit my videos to them, no matter whether it says I received 1000 views or 10000 views, it always sticks on 301+
Are youtube too clever now or am I just too stupid ?
