How to get unlimited feedbacks 100

I know most of you guys know this method, and its the oldest trick in the book. But just want to provide to new people who dont know.

First, have $1 deposit in your account, then you start typing in "search: .99" or even better .01 items.

Start purchasing these items, and give a feedback for better response time. You can pretty much do this for however much you want to do, just remember to not buy from the same person. It does take some time, but its worth it. As for being a powerseller, do the opposite, and sell paper clips.

Rinse & repeat.

Ok, i've never really seen anything at 0.01, so what are the things to watch out for?

Oldie but a goodie! I used to do this a lot for .01 virtual items so shipping was 'free' anyway. Haven't touched eBay in a few years now though since they raised fees and all that. Thanks for sharing the method though, I'm sure lots of people will find a good use for it!

I think eBay takes down those people who are selling or buying very low items just to build quick feedbacks.

yes a common strategy indeed to get some feedback , just make sure you dont make a lot purchases for same item and from same seller as ebay may not like it and it could raise some red flags

You can get banned for "feedback manipulation".... I wouldn't do it personally on new accounts. If you have an established account its fine to do like 10 a week. But any more and you're walking a thin line.

eBay will find you if you have a buy it now item listed under a dollar but they won't find BYN items at $1+ unless you get reported. You can always list auctions starting at $0.01 and I think you now get 100 free listings a month so you can easily build a nice score with no initial investment. PayPal charges $0.30 per transaction but if your item sells for less Paypal will just take the money, they won't deduct more than was transferred. If you don't want people to know you've sold a bunch of dummy items to get feedbacks, I recommend selling them as private auctions so people can't see what you sold in your feedback page. I also recommend NOT to post in the official eBay forum while selling penny items; people there really hate it and will report you until you get banned

If you're worried about getting reported, sell dummy items that you can actually ship. People will report you for selling ebooks but if sell a physical product eBay won't do anything against it.

The thing about not buying/selling from the same person twice is not completely true. Feedback from repeat customer counts along as it's at least two weeks apart. My friend has a large mailing list of everybody that bought his penny auctions on eBay and sends them reminders every 2 weeks to buy again so he gets feedback from both old and new customers all the time. He got over 5,000 feedbacks in a few months and invested very little money.

As for feedbacks from purchases, I doubt you can get into much troubles for that. I bought from over 50 users that eventually got banned and on my feedback page it says 'this user is no longer registered' next to their feedback but my own account never got into trouble for that. The only thing I actually got into trouble for, ironically, was selling legit rapidshare accounts back when they were useful. Fake auctions won't get noticed if you are careful and avoid the official eBay forums while cheating.

They won't ban you if you have items you actually ship. Just say you are shipping something that fits in an enveloppe like a paper clip. When people buy from you and leave a positive feedback you leave one too and ship nothing. If somebody buys but doesn't leave the feedback right away, you really ship them a paper clip because they might be trouble makers. It costs you a few pennies more but it's ban proof. As I said earlier I know someone who got over 5,000 feedbacks in a few months that way.

Ummm... have you ever done this method yourself? or are you just playing theorycraft? and i think this "someone" you know is either full of BS or he did this in 1999.

1. How can you get 5,000 feedbacks in a few months when new accounts are limited to 100 transactions a month?

2. Shipping a paperclip does not cost only a "few pennies"... a stamp is 45cents, plus 30cents for paypal fees minimum, you are already at 75cents, scale it up and multiply this number by a couple hundred/thousand.

3. I did a ebay search and there are only 25 or so listings using this method, hardly enough market space to build a decent feedback.

Also, you'd have to be an idiot to do this 5000 times... 5000 x .30cents paypal fee = $1500 minimum out the door. Thats not including the 10cent listing charge and stamp charge for the ones you send.

Sorry for the skepticism, but theres just too many things that dont add up and aren't practical. There are a lot better ways out there...

You're likely to get kicked off Ebay for doing this. My suggestion is make a few legit purchases for stuff you actually want, & not $0.99 stuff.
find something small to sell, something you can get plenty of & is easy & cheap to ship, & do it that way.

Will take longer but you won't have to keep looking over your shoulder.
