How to get twitter followers?

Hello Guys,
I have twitter account and last month i followed more than 26000 people. But only 2774 are following me back. Every sunday i unfollow all user who don't follow me back. Even i am updating tweet daily (12 tweets daily). Here is link of my profile. Even i have used hashtags. But its not working too.
Please let me know how to get more followers.

That's a very dangerous statement mate.
Everything you would like to do properly and on a larger scale would cost you money.

But since you have just one account and don't have insane targets, you're manually do the processes or search for free tools.

You mentioned you're already following quite some people and the followback ratios are really low, to fix it, try experimenting by following different set of people. Target different hashtags and users, see what works best and then use it the most.

And you're tweeting and still not getting any results? Try changing the words/hashtags your use within, engage with the users, retweet and like tweets from people in your niche. Also, don't forget to engage with people who reply to your tweets.

Wow, free & original followers yeah. Hard to come by these days haha but anyway one of way is that you should follow more people, and you've done that.

Next is, maybe you can optimize your Twitter bio. Users who want to find out more about you will inevitably visit your Twitter bio. Make sure it’s professional, complete and that it does a great job of representing you and your business.

And last one, maybe you should reconsider use links in your tweets.

You can try targeting your audience. Follow and interact with them. Participate in discussions within your niche. Use hashtags properly and accordingly. Tweet relevant topics according to your niche. Make people interested in your site. Hope you will reach your goals soon.

Find similar Twitter accounts like yours then follow their followers. The success rate might be higher. That means find people of your niche.

Yes, find the simmiliar accounts in your niche and follow them. But the coolest things is to give proper tags and proper content. Try to write some hot news from small companies in your niche and add their tags, sometime their people share this kind of news and show to bigger audience.
