Now I started using slide share and youtube. My slide has 50 views and 7 clicked the link to my website, in 5 hours. That seems little but it took me 10 minutes to make the presentation and 2 to upload it. Now it will (hopefully) constantly drive traffic to my website and slide share ranks well in search engines. And I uploaded a video to youtube, and it gave me 3 views to my website. They are all new accounts so shut up.
I use bitly to shorten links and see the progress.

Better is social traffic. Its easy & fast way to get traffic.

1) drive traffic from some image hosting sites.
2) find the forum sites that have adult section and allow sig links
3) paid ads - banners etc.

Now please note I myself don't have or have ever had an adult site, however a good friend of mine has, he suggests forwarding traffic from tumbler as it's great for getting adult traffic and fast. He also said if you wanna go the paid route try trafficjunky (hope I spelled that right) and their self serve platform.
