It's better to get real traffic more than bot traffic. and it will be good investment for future :) So try some Social traffic. Bing Ads, Yahoo Ads

There are lots you can find online for on-page and off-page SEO best practices. You need to put effort on your content to get such well-deserved safe traffic.

You don't get safe traffic from bots. For safer ways to get traffic, spend some time reading this forum - there are literally hundreds of different options and we can't direct you to a good one without knowing a lot more about your project, skills, resources and goals. And even if we did, you should be the one to figure this out as you would bear the risk and rewards anyway.
 
Firstly, a disclaimer – don’t spam Reddit and other similar sites hoping to “hit the jackpot” of referral traffic, because it’s not going to happen. Members of communities like Reddit are extraordinarily savvy to spam disguised as legitimate links, but every now and again, it doesn’t hurt to submit links that these audiences will find genuinely useful. Choose a relevant subreddit, submit your content, then watch the traffic pour in.

Also remember never write in capital letters and use a full stop lol!
 
If you have a website, you may create the interesting content for article in your website. I always believe that content of article is the main reason to increase traffic of a website.
 
Focus on good quality content. Practice good ON PAGE SEO. Build good quality backlinks. You will get good results.
