2. link to other blogs and try and build up some guests posts.
3. earn/ build backlinks from bigger blogs in your niche.
4. reach out to you tubers in your niche to see if they would like to do a video on your blog.

Please Explain what you mean by Creating Web 2.0s and Getting Authority Links?

Proper SEO to rank in the SERP is the right choice if you have knowledge about keyword research. get ranked up in google and traffic will hit you hard.

There are several ways to build links,

Blog commenting,

You should find the do-follow blogs and leave quality comments with links back to your site.

Guest posting,

Find sites with good DA, PA. Reach out manually those sites and write an article to get backlinks to your site from that.

PBN,

You can also build PBN links.

Good content also helps to earn natural backlinks.

If you have enough budget, you can check out the marketplace for buying links for your site.
 
I got what you mean, last question haha How do I find Blogs to comment on. I looked at the Marketplace but everythings way too there for my budget for now. I might go through with that later once I get some organic traffic.

Spot on, I've learnt this the hard way. Once you get the hang of it and become somewhat of guru on a subreddit it can be very fruitful.
