How to get traffic to my streaming site?

I started building a movie streaming site 3 months ago. Now my site has ~ 3000 movies, and just gets 100-200 UV/day. I submitted site to google, did on-page seo, created backlink by creating script which auto post each movie on facebook page, that's all I know. Would you mind suggesting me what else can I do to increase traffic? Do I need to buy seo service? I expect my site has 3000-5000 UV/day. Sr english is not my mother tongue.

First, you're doing everything you can to promote the site and keep it alive. The only other thing you can do is hold giveaways or pay affiliates to promote your site, but then you need to figure out a way to make decent cash back for the cost of advertising and such. It's all up to you, just search for threads or posts about how to promote and read, try, fail, learn, suceed, etc.

I would suggest you to do this:

Wait till next GoT episode comes out > Go to some tweet exchange sites > let other people tweet out your link of GoT episode (on your site) > $$$
