Yes can work but it isn't simple as that.
Tried a lot of times and you need to use a lot of twists, test a lot of products to sell and make a lot of landings to sell something.
 
This is nothing new but I feel its relevant. To get your numbers up on fan pages, get several photos of a 7/10, more photos the better. Make a profile and get the word out that you want people to add you. Make normal posts to the page atleast once a day and post public photo albums. Then when you have 2000+ people add them all to the fan page(s) you want to grow. When you hit 4000, trim out people with less than 50 friends and add new people. Eventually you should have a profile with a reach of 500000+ Once you've gathered people to the pages you want to up, either delete those friends and accept new ones.

Post a message on Facebook with your ad and have your friends share it. Then have your friends, friends share it... Then you will get a lot of advertisements out there free of cost with probably a lot of traffic. :)
 
make a good landing page and use fb ads to push traffic to it. Add your like buttons to your main site in order to gain followers for long term, if you can afford to take a risk, use like jaker on your site.
 
There are many ways to do it on facebook, you have to test and see what works for you, you can :
- join groups in your niche and post/ share your posts there
- joing groups in your niche and message people in there about your site
- find pages in your niche and comment on them with a link back to your site
- grow your fb accout to 5000 friends and always ask them to help and like and share your site/posts
 
paid ads will help you to generate the traffic for your website
 
I just want to know that if I use FB group and fanpage autoposter software and create multiple PVA facebook accounts to add to the software do i need to use proxies or pva accounts will be enough not to get banned?
