The content is videos ? What do you mean ? you just make a video and put it in your site ?
If so, I'm surprised how you get approved by google ads.
anyway, the best ways to get traffic is:
- free traffic: SEO, post on social media pages/groups
- paid traffic: SEM, social media ads, taboola
if you use Wordpress, I suggest to use Yoast Plugin and it will teach how to create a good SEO articles.
