How to get traffic for GPT site?

Facebook advertising is a big NO.
Adwords is too expensive.

Traffic from other GPT site, is it reliable?

GPT site, you want to get trafficT TO IT? Well PTC sites, buy traffic from PTC sites - Best Way.

this gpt think works with only incentive offers right?if I make a gpt site just put my offers on it and that's all?
tip to traffic:comment on yt under "make money online" videos and rate them and ptc traffic...
