Best way to get traffic to a sign-up game offer thats free?

Would love all input! Been reading a lot and havent found anything helpful to this.

1) youtube upload videos to youtube, example http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G26wdOLxLDs&feature=youtu.be live link in description
2) forums, use link in your signature similar to it, best online game 2014 your link, live usefull comments on every new thread, there is some very popular game forums.
3) Google alerts, create allerts and use like keyword your game name, game name review etc, you will start to recieve notification with every new topic about your game which just posted online, live comment with your link where possible.
4) social networks, advirtise your game in game related public groups.

Do you know any sites for paying for traffic?

@OP, if you ever decide going the paid route, as in paying for traffic then I suggest giving FB ads a try. I've heard some people are making decent money off gaming offers. But you still have to be compliant though. Don't use blackhat tactics unless you're cloaking.

Generally commission payouts of CPA offers are low. So think about how to generate traffic for free. e.g: social media, Youtube, SEO.

I would say create a gaming channel where you could show gameplay and have your links inserted in the description...youtube works well with gaming offers from what i know its just you need to provide the value here which is the gameplay...
