How to get traffic at youtube?

Hi I am new at this forum and want to start with YouTube marketing.

I have a few qestions.

1) How to get traffic on the youtube videos, so that you can make money with adsense?

3) Are backlinks to the video important for the ranking, like at SEO?

2) Is it necessary to be partner of youtube to make money with it?

3) How can you make money if you are no partner?

You offer real views, are this real persons who will click at the adsense banner or only made by bots?
 
Getting traffic to your YT videos is not hard at all.
First, make sure your video has optimized title/tags/description.
After that, all you need is views/likes and some favorites.
For a beginner like you I recommend you to check out sites like vagex, enhanceviews etc. to boost your video's views to at least 1k.
Of course, the easiest option is to buy views but if you have no money to spend there's always some free alternatives.

Yes, backlinks helps a lot also promote on social sites to get more traffic.

I realized that making stand alone website based on youtube channel is a good way to get extra traffic from google. We made shit like this for my friend and he gets some views and his site is growing.
