Attract backlinks from Instagram?
The only way Instagram proved to be useful in my backlinking campaign is by enabling me contact some website owners who don't have their email on their sites but do have Instagram.
Uploading pictures won't give you traffic or backlinks, the only way it would give you traffic is if you have lots of active followers or your posts go viral and they decide to click on link in your bio.
Outside that, Instagram is primarily and image and video sharing platform that doesn't support links within posts.

The ONLY place Instagram allows to place your link is in the bio. As @HenryObi said, your visitors can click on the link only when your posts go viral and you have thousands and millions of views.
I do not get much traffic to my site from Instagram fort this reason. I prefer Pinterest and Facebook when it comes to traffic from social media.

In my exprience Use high quality image, hashtag and write unique content. That's enough for gain traffic.
