Simply add any word in the end and send traffic to that URL to track that specific traffic source or origin.

You can put anything there, just to make it easy track your analytics on that particular link

Tracking ID are mostly useful only when you are using your own application to manage your campaigns. Example any saas platfrom like volume,hasooffers ,affise , intuad, fuseclick etc. When you insert any offer in your campaigns you generate your own affiliate tracking link. This newly generated tracking will actually redirect to your advertiser's original tracking link (in your case it's cpagrip) and while redirecting your system automatically append its own unique tracking ID / clickid/hashid in it.

So in most cases that tracking ID is automatically generated by the application you are using to track your campaigns
