If a domain is already registered you can't buy it, you have to contact the owner of the domain. If it is in use or an already established website you will most likely have to pay a lot more for it than what a new domain would cost. I suggest you just look for another domain name.

Bring your checkbook. Two of the site are PR5. I would highly doubt if the owners are interested in selling.
try it in a lesser TLD.
Or combine the keyword with another.
ie if its to be site on hosting, try dosthost.com
Another option is iDost.com / eDost.com, etc

My company specializes in acquiring domains. Looking at the whois record for Dost.com, it appears to be the owners last name, and it's been registered since 1995. There is very little chance they will sell cheaply. The .net and .org were registered in 1997. I'd guess at least $5k US for the .com, possibly that much for the .net or .org too.
According to Google translate, Dost means "enough" in Czech and the .cz was registered in 2001.
If you don't have a big budget, Evotion's advice to combine other meaningful words with "dost" is the way to go.

Dost means - Friend in Hindi( National Language of India) And is highly valuable domain for some Indian Social Networking site. I don't think it will sell for less than 30K$.
