How to get this approved?

I have a little program (less than 100 kilobytes), and even though I keep putting in the right categoy, it gets banned. All it does is redirect to a website, and maybe that is it. But what should I do? How can I upload it? Should I put it a link in pdfs? Thanks!

so vague. You need to elaborate on this a bit more to get any real help. I mean what are you talking about? Where are you uploading this? You know a few more details would be helpful

Sorry. I was uploading a torrent with a tiny youtube convertor, and extratorrent rejected it. I was wondering why the said I did not have an application, even though I had an .exe file?

Try to put that "pdf " file in a WINRAR archive , that upload to extratorrent..if rejected .. try to upload on other torrent site , like 1337x , Kat , TPB and other.

try deleting it and uploading it again from utorrent, name changed it.
ps if you are uploading to kickasstorrents and if the file has a password to open it,
after two days they will delete it.
