How to get the traffic from different countries

Hi all, I find some sites can get symmetrical distribution traffic from different countries like the screenshot below, but all my traffic are most (over 90%) from US (use .com domain and set up American in hosting). My question:
1.how to get traffic from other countries when I use .com domain
2. if use like .sg, how to get traffic of Sigapore, the backlink determines the traffic?

most importanly the website/content language, the keywords targetted and ccTLDs (if applicable),
then comes hosting location, links, TLDs, etc...

if you want to rank the same keywords in different location while using the same website (english speaking in your example),
getting links from county-specific websites could do the work,

if you want to rank to foreign language keywords, you'll have to target these keywords with language specific content,
you'll need to make your research about international seo, basically using hreflangs to make it right, WPML for wordpress makes it really easy,

using ccTLDs is another choice as well for both cases, you'll need to setup everything correctly tho,
and that will simply require you to make/duplicate other versions of the website

You can check MicroWorkers and start a gig and only allow the countries you would love to see back in your analytics.

Your site language will be the most important factor to get more traffic from other countries. So if you want visitors from other countries then create a version of your site in the respective language you want to target.

The best way is to run paid adverts and "target" all the "countries of your choice" to get traffic

You can obtain backlinks from different regions to boost traffic in those areas and run ads as you see fit.

However, I'm curious about your goal of targeting traffic from all regions and what's the Niche of your site.
