How to get the same backlinks of your competitor?

Hi, I would like to know how can I get the very same backlinks my competitor ranking above me has. I own evry seo tool known and/or have money to buy it (if needed).
I tried with Scrapebox and with SEO spyglass but they both give me some error at some time, so if someone could me guide trought those or have some other method to obtain the list of my competitors, please let me know. thanks in advance

Have you tried with ahrefs.com? One of the best tools on the market for this sorda thing.

+1 for ahrefs, it's what I use and I'm killing it with what it gives me and a little bit of extra help from GSA. Then I throw in some web 2.0's, blast everything with a decent tier 2, game over for the competition and up to half the front page is mine with my money site and its parasites.

Despite the fact he was just told what tools to use and how to tier his links. He probably still won't get it. I guess it just takes some people longer.
