What tool can i use to get thousands of reliable emails to send targeted email to. I remember craigslist scrapers from back in the day. You could target any service. For anyone who remembers, what does a similar job.

I use Online Email Extractor and just target the keywords I want. You'll get a decent list of emails, it's not perfect but it's good enough. The more credits you have the deeper and more unique emails you get.
