this is how my competitors are making backlinks. what kind of service is that?!
how can I buy that?

this links are on wide range of pages and keywords not only one or two page.

Looks like footer links, may be SAPE or similar kind of service, those links go sitewide hence the large number of links

Before considering such links (in case you find the places) - check domains. That is recommended to have links from different C class IPs. If you are getting many links from the same IP that won't add you that much value.
