Hello,
to be short and clear i need to get some money since i am in big financial troubles i have only my phone and internet is not stable hope to find what can be fitted to what i have

Try building an "evergreen" product potentially a subscription for stability

I'd be aiming for a semi-passive income (e.g 7 hours a week) as truly passive income is a lot harder to achieve

Only having your phone can be tough but a lot can be achieved with Instagram stories sharing value and building trust with an audience

For free traffic, I think a lot of people underestimate the potential of the Garyvee $1.80 strategy

He means that you need to build a product that will sell a whole year long and not only in summer for example.

With resources like BHW here you can learn basically everything you need to learn for free. So that helps a lot. But i recommend you start by learning as much as possible about different types of income streams and then narrow it down to the ones that fit you and your situation the best.
 
As everyone else said, try to start an affiliate website based on an Evergreen product, drive traffic (there are tons of information here) and focus on it, I'm starting on that myself as well.

when i said passive income i didn't mean 1M/month i just need about 500$/m but for now as a start somthing that will allow me to get a computer and later will follow one of the methodes that i have seen here

now i understand you mean like a service that people needs and will pay for it all the year long like SEO/SEM for example

Yeah a subscription especially to build that reliable income
An example of an evergreen product would be weight loss
