How to get simple text link(URL destination) from CJ affiliate

Hi everyone !
I'm a newbie in affiliate field. I have registered an account in CJ. I want to use Google Adwords as a tool to get traffic. But I'm really confused how to get URL destination in CJ affiliate program. Anyone know, please guide step by step.
