How to get sex oriented follower on twitter (its a question not a method)

Hi guys. would you be willing to share some (free) methods you use to get followers that might be interested in buying sex? or at least followers that like adult content?
do you just follow people hoping they will follow back? or do you use specific hash tags?
any advice would be very appreciated!
