How to get serial Id from socialbots(youtube view bot)

Has anybody any idea to get serial Id from https://socialbots.tech/ . Is it scam? But review look good in their site. Anybody has their support number or id? They took my money but did not give serial id to run their software(youtube view bot). Can anybody help me to get serial id?
