How to get seo clients

Is your email coming from you @ yourbusinessname.com or from yourbusinessname @ gmail/hotmail.com ?

Do you give them your mobile number or your office landline number?

Do you start the email with 'Dear business owner' or 'Dear (the person's name)'?

of course I use my own site's email adress.
however, I always use a mobile number, some people dont deem this as professional I guess.
And I always personalize the greeting by using their real name.
