What kinda SEO services would you be offering? I think the service type kinda dictates strategy. Also industry.
I’m not an expert but what I did was befriend an industry expert and offered some advice and services for free. That lead to being invited to be on their podcast, which lead to a ton more opportunities from their listeners and other industry experts.
There are some wicked smart people in this forum though that probably have way faster/easier methods
