So guys how do you get sales for your SEO services? Like locally? What is the best way to reach them and grab their attention? I tried emails, but email doesn't work. I get no replies.

if your just starting out, look on yell for compines in your area with rubish websites or none mail or call them, next get some proxies>post you services on Gumtree

Its hard to get clients for seo services by emails or self promotion, try to target local market first to get some good experience then take a drive of highway via BHW.

Advertise in all local newspaper classifieds, business magazines, websites & blogs, radios and even local TV channels if possible.

Find local business websites using google or local business directories (offline or online) and as @webwhizz said, call them and explain how your SEO service will increase their profits, customer reach, how they can beat their competitor's website rankings etc. etc. and don't forget to tell them to visit your (professionally designed) website for more information.

get your site and have testimonials... you should give 5 for free or use a groupon-like site where you offer your services at discount and get promotion by that

if your just starting out i highly recommend pay per click, set the bid to 25.00 a click, 2,000 a day and watch the money come pouring in.

Try to get some fake testimonials from Fiverr and put them on your website then when you meet up with your local clients show them your "testimonials" and wallah, video testimonials tend to do a lot of the selling for you. Now you just sit back act calm and answer their questions and go for the upsell after they buy.
