Hi guys i am pretty new to bhw but a old seo guy. So recently one of my site was hit by google manual action. I got this message in my wmt. I am thinking of submitting for reconsideration as i removed a lot of bad links or disavowed. So I need help regarding how I should claim to reconsider my site. Any guys tried in past and got results ? If yes please help me as well. Will be great help thanks !

Disvowing links from your website definitely helps.
I too was hit with a manual penalty. I used a tool called Monitor backlinks to find out the links to my site and tried to remove the link from some of them like wikis. For the rest of the sites which were pr n/a or looked spammy, trackbacks etc I imported and posted them to the Disavow tool, also sent the re consideration request, that was a month ago but I did not get any reply
