How to get rid of captchas?

I'm doing everything manual follow/unfollow, 75 follows per 1-2 hours, and 75 unfollows. Everytime I try to unfollow I get captcha, I tried resting it for 24hours, but I still get it. Any suggestions guys?

Instagram has been asking for captcha during unfollowing since a long time, but recently it appears they are asking more often.

That won't really help him out because he's doing it manually.

take a break after a while, clear cache . history etc, make it look as legit as possible

Just need to mature your account and make sure your IP isn't shared with a bunch of spammers.

Perhaps this is related to a flagged IP. If you are using this across multiple accounts - prepare for impending bans. Also - how do you expect to compete against botters when you are doing things manually they are doing on scale faster and in much greater volume than you?

I have a feeling you are running uphill on a downward escalator.

I Don't think you will find a Solution to Captchas

Maybe you should contact a Bot Maker and tell him to make a tool that can automatically Unfollow/follow and Has Captcha Interrogation

You cannot avoid capatcha. Increase delay and or lower actions, but it will still come. Buy capatcha credits.

There are actually people making 4-5 figures per month doing things manually (no bot).

I do things manually on my largest accounts. I prefer quality over quantity.
