How to get Reverbnation Video Views

I have noticed a lot of people selling Reverbnation Video plays. They usually sell thousands of them for just a few bucks. With song plays you can share a link that will auto play a song. That way you can send that link to a bunch of proxies or autosurfs or whatever.

But with video plays I don't know what triggers the video play to count on reverbnation. Any idea how other people are gaming the system? I know there are bots out there but how do they work?

Having coded this function for my complete Reverbnation automation bot, the video play is triggered by an AJAX call that sets the % of video played. Just watch a video with fiddler2 running or liveheaders in firefox, then you will see all communication between the browser and the site. Song plays work in a similar way. The reason you see video plays offered in large quanities is because RVN do not check the play. All proxies work for it and you can just hammer away at the video. I heard the video plays do not effect your rating. Plays on the other hand are harder to game as they are checked and validated. Too many from the same IP too quickly, ignored. Lots of public proxies are blacklisted which makes gaming plays harder, thus people do not offer such big packages.
