On a more serious topic, i would also add social media influencers. I am not familiar with twitter influencers but i am sure there has to be a market for that.
You can also, buy a bunch of fully verified twitter accounts and just harvest them and use them to leverage your main twitter account by commenting and retweeting.

Make sure context isn't important to understand your tweet.

open worldwide trending topic or trending topic in your country or area
tweet related to those topic and put hashtags at the end of your tweet
