Sometimes they'll have a website (usually linked in their profile) with a contact page. They usually have this open for business and endorsement enquiries, and the volume here is usually much lower. Overall, just try to do it OFF Instagram--doesn't necessarily need to be a contact page.

Research their content and audience to find those who genuinely align with your brand. A fashion brand reaching out to a gamer influencer probably won't see much success. Generic messages like "Hey wanna collab?" get ignored. Mention something specific you like about their content or a recent post that resonated with you. Influencers are in it for the long-term. Show them you're not just after a quick shoutout. Maybe you have a creative campaign idea or can offer something their audience would find interesting. Don't be salesy, focus on building a connection first. Engage with their content, leave thoughtful comments, and show genuine interest in what they do.

Most influenceurs can be bought with money, check for their business email in bio and send them an offer they can't refuse. They'll dm you on their own

Are they male or female? do you have a big or small page? These details will change how you approach them. Just think about human nature. If it's a male influencer for example, and you reach out from an attractive female "assistant" then they'll check it as curiosity will be up. Similarly, if its a female, then the guard will be down, if its a real person reaching out and a female. You can have kind of a connection with some kind of personas (or ideally real people who reach out) that will reach out human to human
I have a foolproof method that I have used several times to get noticed by big influencers. Sort 100 spam messages in DM, with a message like "reply to: @yourusername". Usually you receive an assured response
