That is great news! Gives good hope for the rest of us, at least as long as his frozen funds are enough to cover the people requesting chargebacks.
On the other hand, one could just hope the guy would sort out his money problems, and repay manually. Would his BHW status be reinstated if he paid everybody back?

I just filed a dispute, so we'll see what happens. Seller actually sent me an email on December 6th saying that, because he never issued me a license, he would refund me in 2 - 3 days. It's been 11 days. Anyway, we'll see how it goes but I'm not confident based on how PP usually rules.

I haven't received mine yet, I decided to leave it to Paypal's claim due the seller not responding anymore, I hope I get a refund soon :banghead:
My paypal claim also got denied. This scammer came with another product called traffic-treasure-system.com pdf and ubot for $97 using pastebin spam. I have found his product download also. I will post download section soon. Can I post there?
Call PayPal and explain to the staffs about the scenario and seek their advice on what you should do at this point. If the payments is still within 45 days, PayPal should be able to help you even if the seller decline your PayPal dispute.

We know neneaemi because he was a client of ours, but I am REVOLTED at this time, and really felt the need to talk to you guys.
NeneaEmy purchased our classified product, that costed quite a lot, and guess what, after about 1 month of using the product intensively he asked (and received from us) a refund.
Guess what our product was all about? It was a PasteBin software.... And guess what, HE RELEASED the traffic treasure system ... he copied our software, our method, EVEN OUR EBOOK word by word. I never reacted or commented on his ignorance and stupidity, but I just can't shut up anymore.

Frist copy is an email from his ebook (copy of our ebook), and right bellow, a copy from our ebook.... So he has the nerves to release a product, that's a 100% steal. He even fuc**** stole word by word from our ebook.
What kind of person does that? What kind of person releases a failed product (the pva creator) that simply destroyed account creation, and right after that, releases a product that was first developed by us (most know me and stoica as reliable product creator), used by him, than refunded and sold by him ...
Anyways ... wanted to let this out of my system
Always think like this: I don't think he is a bad guy, I just think he does not realize what IM or BHW is all about. Being HONEST and STANDING UP to your customers does a lot more than anything!
And another thing. Making a YT (in the past )account creator is a 2 day job. We didn't create one simply because IT RUINS ENTIRE methods, methods that are bringing money to thousands of people online. Before creating a product, you need to first thing what can go wrong, and what you can destroy with it.
