Dude, call your credit card company or bank and simply explain the product was not as advertised, it doesn't work, and they won't refund after several attempts.
 
me and my boyfriend got 2 of them, for a "sale" of 150..bucks... From the moment I first used it, nothing happened.. the phone creator worked...but my number got blocked after 10 minutes. And I made 0, THATS RIGHT 0, Accounts.. with yt pva. the guys says... get private proxies, so we get dedicated private proxies..FOR 65 BUCKS AT PROXYHUB....and then when I asked him...what proxies do you use?
He hesitated to tell me anything for over 20 minutes! I litterally had to say to him, fill in the blank ..."I get my proxies from____.com"? And idk, he finally gave in? And then we got proxies, from buyproxies like he suggested.... and it stillll didnt work. In fact, it was worse..we were using it correctly and i told him to promise that he will go on teamviewer with me....but instead, he ignored me and of course breaks his promise....So I'm just really sad, all I want to do is make youtube/gmail accounts that dont ban my extrremely unique videos in less than ...well kinda instantly...is that so hard to ask.
Il just add him to my list of wanting to crush this little ladies dreams...:weather00
 
I purchased this item on last month 20th, purchased a good proxy after researching. Now the software is not working. We need refunds
 
Hello neneaemy, if you are a genuine seller, please refund money back to the buyers, or we'll have to open disputes for our transactions. waiting your reply.
 
This is why it's so important not to spend your money.. It will give you a bad rep and you lose customers.
Just saying bro.. Hope you will learn from it.

I was denied the refund by the seller. Clearly he is not going to keep his word of refunding everyone in 2 days. I have escalated the dispute to a paypal claim and wait to see who paypal sides with.

This guy has a major attitude problem. He should not have been let to sell anything on BST in the first place. I PMed Blackhit the first day I bought the bot that this seller is going to bring a lot of troubles to everyone. And now we can see the shit he has created for all of us.

I have 2 kids to feed, $97 might not be a big deal for a lot of you but my kids greatly appreciate a nice healthy meal which I can buy them for days with those $97.

Your actions have real physical implications in real life, you should now that. And any money made by hook and crook only does you harm later. So good luck living with that feeling of guilt.
 
Am having sympathy with all you guys..........Infact I was also just to purchased this PVA bot but Thankfully
stopped at last minute
and about Him and his attitude.......Really he is having too much attitude deals like he is selling Heroine or something which is really scarce in market.
 
I was also denied by seller. I have already escalated the dispute to a paypal claim two days ago, till now he did not respond to that. I am hoping that paypal will favor us if we all together who scammed by him open paypal disputes. The seller won't refund anybody because he already spend the money and needs more money to refund. So, he try to escape from this and will change his name and will come here or all over the internet again with his shitty bots to scam everybody.
 
I haven't got a refund from him yet. Been 3 days while he said he will refund it in 2 days. What a liar....
Going to dispute him now.
 
This seller is a liar, he'd say you wait , he'd refund you within few days and you'll not get anything. All customers should get together and complain this. Did anybody here get help from Paypal? This guy doesn't even respond to the pp dispute messages.
 
I disputed at Paypal as well. I really hope that somehow we will get back our money from this liar..
 
And you bought the software sometime between the 21st and the 29th? And he has clearly stated that he denied your refund? In that case, him and his pal ExpertVision are proven scammers and liars, and IMHO, they should at least be banned from BHW.

How does he define dates for refunds, I purchased the software on 20th and couldn't create any account from it.
Did he mention it on his refund policy ?
This software will not work and we'll refund only to the buyers after 21st
This guy is not going to refund anybody.
 
I was about to buy this one but when i saw textnow to verify the hole thing and that someone posted a link to textnow in here, i knew this wouldn't stand long sadly.

This is the major problem these with bots/scripts etc... A way to get phone verifications done

He should refund people or put everyone on hold until a solution is found. React like a PIMP isn't the way to do.
I've been online for more than 15 years. If you want to build your name/brand/contacts etc..
Don't do it this way !!!!!!

Hope you guys get your money back as it's 100 bucks !!!

I am one of those who has purchased this software, and It wasn't working properly since day 1 I purchased it. When I send a mail to them , then said they have a major update coming and things will be fine. And exactly after 2 days, Textnow stopped working. So I sent a mail to them for refund. They replied and stated that "we can't give refund but will give you our upcoming products for free ." WTF ? I need my money back!

And I am not the only one who were unable to use the software for even a single day properly, there are 100 atleast like me. And we buy stuffs from here because we trust our community and the moderators who approve these sales thread. I don't know what talk happened b/w Blackhit and the sellers but I, like all my BHW fellas who have been cheated want our money back. If such things started happening at BHW, we as a community will lose the edge that we had over the years against other IM communities which has turned into scam-houses.
